Shipping policy

Warm weather shipping update - The warm weather has arrived ! We will be shipping orders that contain salves or balms on Mondays. This is to prevent packages from sitting in the warm weather for extended periods of time. Moving forward, we will shipping our balms and salves in thermal heat resistant bubble mailers starting mid May. Nothing has melted yet, this is just a precaution. If possible please keep up to date on your tracking and pick up orders promptly to avoid them sitting in a warm mail box or doorstep. Thank you for your ongoing support !

Regular shipping - Fawn and Crow will ship your items within 1-3 business days. We live in a remote location and do our best to ship promptly. All orders are shipped by Canada post and will have a tracking number. Once they are handed off to Canada Post, we are no longer responsible for the safe delivery of the package. Please inspect your item upon arrival and contact us right away if there is anything wrong and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
